Well I guess being just friends doesn't work for us...one night of hanging out and that was all it took...marty broke up with sarah the next day...he will still be there for their kid if she allows him to but it will be me by his side...
the world is full of surprises and this was just another one...i know marty and i love eachother and that is all that matters. <3
For anyone who cares. She hasnt filed for child support and there is a good chance it wasnt his kid to begin with.
ReplyDeletei wouldnt necessarily say that. it takes about a year after the child is born for the state to serve him with the child support papers, so she may have done so already and its just taking a while. and there is a good chance she may come after him for it and file a no contact order so he can't have any contact with the kid but still have to pay. If i were him, he should contact her and ask to sign over his parental rights.
ReplyDeleteActually when her first child was born he was settled in court the month before the child turned one. And second a judge says whether or not he see the child. She has no say in that matter unless there is proof or abuse or neglect which marty would have proof of and not her considing he had to call the cops on her and there are pictures of her child in positions that DCF would take him away. Oh and if you would like to know she was sleeping with her ex Weston at the same time so more than likely not his kid
